Mushroom shredded chicken hor fun

There was a noodle store in AHS (my sec school) which sold 香菇鸡丝河粉. I loved it so much that I would order it for lunch every other day. And here's my first attempt with this dish! SH liked it so it's an endorsement that it tasted pretty decent. =D

  2. hehe, let me try it one more time! my dasao used hoisin sauce, but I used oyster sauce. haha so want to try with hoisin sauce to see what's the difference.
