Stuffed Mushrooms!

This is an overdue post! I made stuff mushrooms for potluck weeks ago and totally forgot about updating the blog. SH and I love mushrooms and we are really interested in learning different ways to cook mushrooms. So for one of the gatherings, I prepared 3 types of stuffed mushrooms: Garlic bread crumbs, garlic cream cheese and crab mayonnaise stuffed mushrooms. I personally love the crab mayonnaise stuffed mushrooms the most while SH prefers the garlic cream cheese ones. I thought they are  pretty easy to prepare and they make good finger food during party.
