Sunday Dinner!

We bought 2 tubes of egg tofu at the Asian food store in Gothenburg and so I decided to try cooking hot plate tofu for dinner! We used our small tefal saucepan as the hot plate: SH's brilliant idea! Deep frying the egg tofu was a disaster. Oil was splattering everywhere. But we concluded that the mess was worth it because the hot plate tofu turned out really good!
