Saving the Shoe Rack!

I am going around saving all the furnitures that SH wants to throw away. LOL. This time, I saved an old shoe rack which was also left behind by the previous owner. It's a pity that I cannot finish painting the rack though. I wanted the white parts of the rack (see picture) to be  yellow. However, while painting the rack, I developed rashes all over my body (even my face!). It might be an allergy to old wood I guess and I had to stop painting it. So well, here's the unfinished product:
